When you catch a cold in Japan

I've had a bad cold for a week.
High fever,sore throat,runny nose...

How do you cure the cold in your country?

Take medicine, and good sleep may be the best.
Do you have any more good treat? Please let me know!

Is it true that Japanese medicine does good for Japanese cold?
Is it true that the medicine of your country does good for your countrie's cold?

I took American medicine when I caught a bad cold in the USA.
That medicine was too strong for me because I was not so big as American people.
The tablets contained too much medicine for me..

You can buy these medicine when you catch a cold in Japan.
If you think you are bigger than Japanese ,you should take more tablets than instructed.

We drink lots of orange juice, and take medicines and rest and complain a lot. I agree that American medicines are too strong- I have trouble taking them even though I am not small. I usually take the child's dose or version. I recognize the medicines you pictured, especially the Contac.

Hope you are feeling better.

Normally we have to eat orange, grapefruit before catch flu. But if youad it alrady, you would take medicine such as Gribex, Tylohot. These are the flavour of orange juice and Lemon. I personally take some aspirin too.

(Knock wood) I haven't had a cold in years, but whenever I did, ginger and garlic tea always used to work for me. Grate the ginger and finely chop some garlic, drop them in water and bring to a boil. The water will begin to look greenish-yellowish after a while. Strain the liquid and sweeten with honey if desired.
